Haliday House

A large, masonry villa looking out to sea from the cliffs of Ruby Bay, Haliday House was built from the ground up with Emerson Mytton builders as the main contractor.

Keeping to schedule was imperative and the project was delivered on time.

 

 
 

Paterson House

A large family home looking out over Nelsons port. Situated on the arterial Rocks Road, Paterson House provided logistical challenges as machinery and materials had to be unloaded quickly with minimal disruption to traffic flow.

The tiered design required the laying of a stepped concrete retaining wall and foundation prior to construction.

 
 

Split Apple Rock

his incredible house, looking out into Tasman Bay was constructed by Emerson Mytton Builders. The location of the house lends itself to large open areas and floor to ceiling glass panels overlooking the bay.

 
 

Athenry Lodge

Athenry Lodge was built to be a family home and bed & breakfast. The unique rustic appearance owes much to the earth brick walls & exposed rafters & beams.

The house uses large amounts or recycled native timber.

 
 

Heckler House

This award-winning, open plan house in west Nelson looks over Tasman Bay.

Emerson Mytton Builders was selected by the client and the architect as the preferred builder and completed the project on time and budget. The large, suspended roof and plaster required careful planning and execution, but the result makes it well worthwhile.
